RESUMEN
Se presentó el testimonio del Dr. Rolando F. Mora González, especialista en Medicina Interna (mi padre) , sobre la atención médica a los heridos en la Masacre de Cassinga, Provincia Huila, República Popular de Angola, el 4 de Mayo del 1978, participante de los hechos y así fomentar el fortalecimiento de los valores patrios e internacionalistas honrando la memoria de aquellos héroes caídos en las misiones internacionalistas El jueves 4 de mayo de 1978 el ejercito sudafricano atacó la comunidad de Cassinga, campo de refugiados namibianos, ubicada 17 kilómetros al norte de la Vila de Techamutete, La actitud valiente de nuestras tropas, en combate desigual contra la aviación sudafricana, logra repeler el ataque y el exterminio de los residentes namibianos de allí; hubo más de 700 muertos y más de 600 heridos namibianos en solo 7 horas de combate. Durante 12 días los médicos, sanitarios y toda la Misión Militar cubana en Angola se puso en función de sanar, aliviar y evacuar a los sobrevivientes; 16 cubanos entregaron sus vidas, otros 86 cubanos fueron heridos. Meses más tarde, los niños y jóvenes sobrevivientes fueron chequeados por nuestros médicos y enviados a estudiar a nuestro país. Años después, una niña sobreviviente del ataque (Claudia Grace Uushona.), se convierte en embajadora de Namibia en Cuba

ABSTRACT
The Dr. Rolando's testimony Moorish F. González was presented, specialist in Internal Medicine, (my father) on the medical care to the wounded in the Massacre of Cassinga, County Huila, Popular Republic of Angola, May 4 the 1978, participant of the facts and this way to foment the invigoration of the native values and internationalists honoring the memory of those fallen heroes in the missions internationalists On Thursday May 4 1978 the I exercise southafrican attacked the community of Cassinga, refugees' naminbians field, located 17 kilometers to the north of the Vila of Techamutete, The valiant attitude of our troops, in unequal combat against the aviation southafrican, is able to repel the attack and the extermination of the namibians residents of there; there were more than 700 deads and more than 600 namibians wounded in single 7 hours of combat. During 12 days the doctors, sanitariums and the whole Cuban Military Mission in Angola put on in function of healing, to alleviate and to evacuate the survivors; 16 Cubans gave their lives, other 86 Cubans were hurt. Months later, the children and young survivors were checks for our doctors and correspondents to study to our country. Years later, a girl survivor of the attack (Claudia Grace Uushona.), She becomes ambassador from Namibia in Cuba
